Domino's Pizza — I am complaining about the 30 minute delivery guarantee

I have ordered 2 pizza from domino's android app on 16 march 2019 at 18:25:34. My order no. Is 296. It was ordered from delhi rohini sec 11 which was to be delivered at dtu. It was more than 30 mins. I got the pizza at at 19:09. I contacted the dominos customer service at about 18:58 then one of the representative said that ' tell the delivery boy that the package is more than 30 min delayed so i should get the discount of rs300" but when the delivery boy reached to me then i said the same to him. After hearing me he said that its nothing like that. I will not get any discount for getting the pizza late. After few minutes he placed the call to the dominos center from where he brought the pizza. The lady who received the call from the centre also refused to give me discount by saying that your area is out of delivery area and we don't provide pizza in ur area. My order was placed by mistake. Then i told them that i have placed order more than 6 to 7 times. Are all those order placed by mistake?? After saying this they changed the reason by saying that u received the pizza roadside on which we don't provide 30 mins gurrante, we provide 30 mins delivery at door step then i said them that ask your delivery boy that do they come to my door for delivering the pizza or they ask me to come to the nearest land mark. Now after all these she say that you are not going to get any discount because your area does not qualify for the 30 min delivery promise but the order page is having the stamp for 30 min delivery gurrante. Finally after all these conversations she was asking the delivery boy to take back the pizza return to the hut. After all i needed the pizza in emergency so for that time i accepted the pizza by paying the full payment but i need the compensation as per t&c of the dominos. She was also being very rude on the call. I have also not changed the delivery address but they were saying that delivery address has been changed thats why we are not providing the refund of rs 300. My order amount is rs 523 which i paid in cash to the delivery boy. The name of the delivery boy was munil. My order no. Is 296.
