Domino's Pizza — I m complaining about late delivery and your customer care

I got my pizza 1 and half hour late. I called the customer care 15 times out of which 2 times they hung up and 1 was rude and i asked 5 times for supservisor they say he will call in 5 mins or 10- 15 mins its been 4 days yet no one has called and before hearing the query they say the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days but they are not giving proper solution. If this is how they are behaving being a customer care they should shut it down. They are just sitting to take the order if you say you want to complaint about it they will hang up on you or they will say the supervisor will call. Very pathetic service they are very rude. Because o[censored]s theh are getting our salary and still they behave like this. Dominoa please give training to your employees on how speak politely.
