Domino's Pizza — I placed an order, and then paid through my debit card, but order was not received at domino's end

I was ordering pizza, and then i made payment through my debit card, my payment was deducted, from my card but my order was not placed. And i haven't got the refund. Later i called dominos and they replied that they haven't received my order, now the point is, where did my payment go and in my transaction details it's showing being transferred to dominos. The payment amount was of 370
