Domino's Pizza — I received a Cold pizza the stafd didn't initiate my refund and moreover they were rude

This is in regards to my order number 79 which i bought from Domino's govindpuri delhi on 21st February.I was given a Cold order Which seems as if it was already made i raised up a concern and the executive guy wsas rude to me.I would either like to have my refund or please resolve my issue.Moreover the staff was rude as well
