Domino's Pizza — Incorrect deduction in online ordering

I had purchased e-voucher of rs.250/- of domino's from crown it application. When i tried ordering food from online domino's site i received error which is "sorry your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders" (Refer image 1). On inquiry with outlet i was intimated that the no refund process will be proceeded for e-vouchers. Refer image 2 for invoice copy.
Kindly guide to receive refund of the e-voucher.
