[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — kandivali branch cheaters | |
I ordered 2 cheeseburst pizzas at a family party and received both pan crust pizzas, that too one with a dead housefly in it sitting right in the cheese on the top. We only realised this when half the people picked their pieces up and took a bite. I called the particular domino's branch immediately and told them the situation and the representative passed the phone on to a manager. The manager was a rude and childish immature and probably uneducated dumb unprofessional low-standard guy who was not at all ready to admit that they have made a mistake. He was saying we need to return the wntire untouched pizza to get a replacement. At a party, when kids and others pick up pieces and take a bite and then realise there is no cheeseburst, how can we return the pizza in an untouched full state? The manager of the kandivali west branch is an absolute # with no customer service ability and should be permanently barred from being employed at any establishment. Extremely dissatisfied.
