My name is Nand Kishor. I was in chandigarh at hotel shingar, Sector - 45 on 17 december 2018. I ordered a pizza using Mobile Application on 17 december 5:49 PM. My order Number was 80. when the delivery boy come to hotel reception. The time was 6:29 PM. It Means Delivery boy is 10 minutes late than normal delivery time. Now i am qualify for getting ₹300 Discount. When i asked to delivery boy for giving discount than he deny to give discount. I called to customer care for this concern. than he connected my call to restaurant. than restaurant speaker (i don't know who was on call) said to me that. We will not give you any discount. after a long talk he ready to give ₹200 discount and said that i will have to manage it in other concern not for late delivery. But i did not take than he cancel my order. I was so much hungry that time. Please resolve my problem.
