I ordered two pizzas one pasta and a desert (ORDER NO.-206)for my guests in fab hotel majestica inn kondapur hyderabad around 9:55 pm on 24/06/2017, the order got delievered LATE AFTER TWO HOURS, after one hour when i called your customer care manager whose name was srikant regarding the delay of the delievery his way of talking was not good, he said as its a bulk order your scheme of half an hour delievery or free wont be applicable(bulk order means more then 5 items ) and when i said atleast their should be some time limit as its already one hour then his reply was it can take hours to get delivered there is no time limit, after making the online payment i expect some type of service after two hours when the pizza got delivered it was all cold and it was such a moment of social embarrasement for me in front of my guests and the way you behaved it was more of a MENTAL HARRASEMENT for me please initiate a full amount refund for me otherwise i have no other option left except for moving to consumer forum
