Domino's Pizza — late delivery and no support

This is happening 2nd time. I ordered food and its not delivered yet. Its more than 40 mins now. The number they provide to call doesnot even connect. This is happening for the 2nd time.
1st time i thought let it go
But this is happening again.
I need refund on this for sure
As you did not fullfil the 30 min promise
