Domino's Pizza — Late delivery and refused to give any concession

I ordered two medium pizzas . But they were failed to deliver it in even 45 mins . I got pizzas after one hour . I asked the delivery man to connect a call to manager of Dominos Agra sanjay place . He told me that there is no guarantee that he would deliver the item in 30 mins & will not give any concession . I refused to take it and ask them to send a mail to me hat Dominos was unable to deliver pizza on time . But he refused to mail also .
