Domino's Pizza — Late delivery and unaccpetable behaviour of employee | |||
On 19th of june when i placed an order with dominos pizza at 9.04 pm with txn no :2e03c5c56e1e9e3975a7 & mob:[protected] & with order no 247 While i received the order at 10.34pm which is completely against the delivery policy of dominos pizza of 30 mins nahi toh free. On toking to the its employee on phone i was even shattered with his behaviour when he straight away said that this is the normal time which is taken by us to deliver pizza and when i asked him to give me the same in writing he straight away refused and said we deliver in this much time only then i asked him to refund my money as it was against its delivery policy then he said do whatever you feel like we wont refund it and he simply cut the phone. To bring it in focus the dominos pizza online site clearly says that the pizza wil be delivered to you in 30 mins other wise it wil be free. The pizza was delivered almost after an hour and half and that too with the rude and arrogant behaviour. Kindly look into the matter as i am planning of going into the legal process as it is the case of fraudulent of assuring and not standing on it. Was this information helpful? | |||
