Domino's Pizza — late delivery but I was charged fully

The pizza man arrived after 30min of my order but i was charged the full amount. The order was 5pizza mania and 5 veg zingi parcel. When i called the branch manager he was very rude in talking to a customer. As being a regular customer to domino's i expect some action and a reply from your size. The pizza was ordered from wilson garden domino's branch my order number was 101. The pizza was ordered from [protected]. Thank you sir. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hi Dominos,

I have'nt got my refund money of Rs 392 of failed order yet.though 7 days have been passed.

This is the happening wid me thrice. atleast you shuld refund it on time
