Domino's Pizza — Late delivery for 11 times continuously

I am ordering pizza for a long time but happens like this ever. 11 times continuously, my order has not been delivered on time and that too the orders were late by avg 1 hr. Sometimes store says we can't give you discount. So plz work on this problem. Resturant : - central mall, bellandur, Bangalore.
