I ordered my pizza (Order no-234) at 9:03pm on 13th of february 2019 in pune. The store is in nigdi pune.
It was assured to be delivered in 30 min.
So when it was not delivered in time, i called up the store at 9:35pm to enquire about the order.
The store manager or whoever picked the call, started to give illogical excuses.
I waited few more minutes at my society gate and there was no sign of delivery or delivery boy.
At 9:42pm i called customer care and explained the thing.
He had given me a concern reference #8401676.
After the call i checked the status and it showed delivered.
I called up the store again and same story continued.
When i was calling the store the delivery boy called, later on i called him back and guided him to my society.
Finally i received the order at 9:58pm - 55 minutes after i ordered and it was cold.
This is pathetic and really frustrating to get a pizza which is delayed and cold at the same time.
Its no good you know, making customers infuriated and agitated when they are angry-its really upsetting.
There was no initiation of refund and pune store managet still has no clue. Was this information helpful? |
