Order no.-234
I have placed order on 11 July 2023 at 21:21 hours it was about to deliver in 30 min but got delayed, I called restaurant many times but they didn’t pick up my calls and I received my order around 22:21, which was 1 hour late and icing on the top pizzas were completely cold and dough was raw not properly cooked.
I filed complaint immediately for late order and quality issue. They didn’t generate refund on the same day and didnt resolve the issueat the same time. I got call today morning 12-7-23 around 11:45 from Dimple (staff) and I explained the whole issue to her. I asked her to generate refund and asked her to send complementary taco for the cold and raw dough pizzas which I received.
She said sure she will do it. Then i called her around 3:30 PM for tocken no. Pf the refund as she said refund will be there in 4 days them she said refund is to be done on the same day. Now Your refund can not be geenrated we can give you free order next time. You can choose COD. I asked her to share the contact no. Of her senior she didnt share and didnt pick my call again.
This is the knowledge pf your staff and complete negligence, why they have not created refund on the same day if it is to be done on the same day. This is complete harassment for the customer and these guys are making people eat raw dough.
