I've ordered pizza on 5th October 2022 at 11:39am, which delivered at 12:20pm (41 minutes post ordering)
After raising the concern on the dominoes app, store manager called and he denied to initiate the refund and was asking me to co-operate as he didn't had proper staff to cater the services and also store manager was facing issues with the delivery persons.
Although it has been clearly mentioned in the App that refund will be initiated if delivery is made after 30minutes.
Also, after telling the same to the store manager, he rudely said that sir whatever you'll do, we'll not initiate the refund. Was this information helpful? |
