Domino's Pizza — Late delivery poor quality

I m from ahmedabad, piyush soni.
I ordered pizza o 24/01/16 8.11pm, billing amt 1123.00
invoice no. Dpi66131/[protected]/89267
server - avinash c. My home address was perfect
then after they deliver it at 9.05 pm (after 1 hour)
i took sign of deli.Boy with time, whtn i took to server avinash on that for delivering so late, and as per rules for if delivery time
is more then half hour, you will deliver it free of cost.
But mr. Avinash c, say that, we dont care for such low bill amount it should be higher, after 5 min he said for this area his scheme is nt applicable, so he was in fault but not ready to except it.
This is really cheating case. Of your company
and after one hour of delivery delivered pizza was very cold
