[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Late Delivery & unethical behaviour | |||
Order booked at 6.50Pm & items delivered by Suresh to my home at 8.10PM. While ordering itself I have asked for 30mts delivery & they confirmed to do so, but not honoured . when i called to ask about the late delivery, the person (thiyagu) was speaking to me in bad tone & rough way with me. I also complained this to the Manager Mr. Tamil. I am totally unhappy with the conversation & Dominos needs to train their staff on behaviour / how to talk with customers.
