Domino's Pizza — lethargic services

I ordered a pizza from my society to nearby pizza outlet. The guy came 20 minutes late with pizza, though when I questioned him about domino's policy of 30 minutes guaranteed pizza. The guy simply smiles and says that due to offer on pizza's there is huge amount of rush. So why the company has been endorsing these kind of false promises ???
