Domino's Pizza — lying policy

I ordered for a regular bu Mex Green (me) & regular Bu 5 pepper dated 3/1/2015(9.31pm) at your trinnity business park branch in surat. pizza diliver late after 33 min & ur colleague(chirag) so much argued regarding policy & lying so i have paid Rs.486 for the order as we wait for pizza & dont make any food at home after that i call to branch(pick by pooja) & said regarding about 30 min dilivery policy & she refused that we dont have this policy & then i asked her to hand over call to branch manager(Mr Akshay Trivedi) & he said i will call you after convey with his colleague (Chirag) & already passed 20 min no reply by your branch manager so i have to recall for the same but he forgot my issue & then he said that we have policy to Rs.300 off on your second pizza order.I told that him regarding 30 min policy then he reply we dont mention all policy like Rs.300 off in phamphlets.I already given earlier order to dominos for pizza & guy have dilivered within 22 min. Really dominos make fool to the customers.
