Domino's Pizza — mental harassment because of non responsiveness | |||
I wish to inform you that I ordered Pizza and garlic bread from dominos last evening. I received the order in 50 minutes rather than 30 minutes and that too was cold and not fit to eat. It was a prepaid order through dominos app. So I returned the order through the delivery executive. After that I tried contacting the store but the phone kept ringing for eternity but no one responded. Then I also called on their customer care number and they put me on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes each time to contact the store. But each time they came back with the same reply that they are unable to connect with the store so they have no idea what should I do next. In this whole process my kids kept waiting for almost 2 hours to have a pizza, then at around 10:30 I convinced my kids to have something else as I was completely clueless about the delivery of the pizza. I have all the recordings of communication with their customer care executive so please suggest me how can I give them the taste of their own medicine.
