[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Money debited but order not confirmed

Money has been deducted from two bank accounts of mine, but the order was not placed. Its been 7 days and no refund has been received yet. The transactions were done through netbanking and debit card payment on 15/5/2021

I had lost money from 2 bank accounts of mine..received the refund on 24/5/21 and 25/5/21 respectively, 10 days after the order had ben placed (on 15/5/21). Consumer complaints forum is doing a great job in my opinion.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
