Domino's Pizza — Money deducted but no deliver neither refund

My order number was 367. I orderd pizza on 9th december and paid 462 rs from credit card. Order was placed in gandhinagar, gujarat but the delivery was not made and i have lost my money. Its almost a week and see no resolution from your side though i called and have mailed 4 5 times. My phone number is [protected]. If you cannot give me money back do let me know so that i can start using the social media to make aware in other people that this is the scene so that people will not pay in advance.
