On 4th july i had ordered food worth 772 rs from the dominos website using my laptop. I paid from my google pay account. However the merchant site crashed and while the money was deducted the order was never placed. It has been 17 normal days and more than ten working days and the refund still hasn't been done. Everytime i call the helpline they keep "apologising" for the inconvenience but don't do anything. I want my refund! This is ridiculous
