[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Money Deducted but order not placed!!

I placed an online order worth Rs. 573 on 23rd Nov 2014. After waiting for around 40 min, I called to check about the order and got to know that the order was not placed. It may be due to website glitch but the amount was debited from my account. The guy said that the amount will be refunded within 7 days but I didn't receive any refund.
I dropped a mail to Jubilant Foodworks too and tried to contact them over phone. No one ever replied.
I have paid for the pizza whose order was not even placed!!!
