Domino's Pizza — Money got deducted but order didn't get placed.

I ordered two pizzas from Domino's and was paying through paytm upi app, and as i payed it was taking a long time on the portal. My money got deducted ₹509 but my order didn't get placed.i request you for immediate action and refund on this matter.
