Domino's Pizza — Money has been deducted but order not confirmed

Almost 20 days back I made an online payment through the link provided by dominos for placing an order. It was done twice as the lady taking orders said that there was some problem with the internet. She also added that the money would be refunded within 48 hours. To my the amount was not refunded even after a week. The lady gave me her contact for follow up. I kept asking her for the refund and almost 10 days later a refund of the first amount was done. The refund of the second amount is yet to be done. I request it to be done ASAP as this kind of behaviour is not acceptable at all.
