Domino's Pizza — money is deducted but order was not placed

I ordered 1 pan pizza, burger pizza and one cake for 264rs, but amount got deducted and order is not placed and they said pay by cash if possible. So i paid 264rs cash. I need my amount to be return. Please do the needful.

Order no is not generated and i didn't get any message from dominos about this payment.
