I had done online booking for Domino's Pizza, but the Pizza delivery was never done & my money was also not refunded back. This is pending since 16th Sept 2014. Below are the reference numbers which were filed for the complaint. Hi, i placed an order on 27th November for 449rs. While making the payment online there was an error because of which the amount got deducted but my order was not confirmed. I called the store manager and he said that the money will be reversed within 24 hours. I still haven't received the refund. What should I do?
