Domino's Pizza — Money not refunded for failed two transaction | |||||
I placed pizza order two times on 14th October but both the times I received failure notification from Dominos after successful Payment. It was mentioned in the failure notification that the money will be refunded within 7 days. 13 days have passed but I have not received any payment from Dominos. Following are the details of failed transactions: Transaction 1: Date: 14th October 2015 Transaction Number: 39606081 Amount Rs 631 Transaction 2: Date: 14th October 2015 Transaction Number: 39607338 Amount Rs 631 On 25th October I provided the feedback on Dominos website, feedback reference number are 837423 and 837428. 2 days have passed and I have not yet received any response from Dominos. The behavior from Dominos is not just ethical but it is out right illegal. Hence I am left with no option but to initiate legal action against "JUBILANT FOODWORKS LIMITED".
