Domino's Pizza — Money Not Returned | |||
On 15/02/2015, I placed my pizza order online and money at same moment money was deducted from my bank account which reflected in my statement, though the online page didn't take me to confirmation order page and i was left wondering as to what happened, i immediately rang Dominos on[protected] to know the status of my order and even rang two outlets near my home to know the status of the order but i was informed they have not received the order. Since the money is deducted from my bank account i was told the money will be refunded within 7 working days, 9 days still the money is not received into my account. On trying to get information of the process and status when my money will be credited the Dominos branch and online call center are putting blame on each other to contact and they will further help, but no one is coming forward or any senior person from dominos are coming forward to help or listen the case as the reply that is coming through is they cannot hand the over to any senior member. I am mentally harassed, for getting this payment and the process of doing this follow up is tiring and dominos with out any customer service are playing and putting blame internally where the customer myself is suffering.
