[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — money refund as order was not processes

Hi I have placed an order for dominos pizza online on 11th dec around 8.15pm for amount 476. The amount was deducted however i never got the order number and when i called the dominos restaurant they said the order was not punched. This happened twice when i tried to order online. Once through netbanking and other through credit card. Both the time amount was 476 and both the time order was not placed and yet amount was deducted. Please refund my both the order money asap.
