I ordered three types of pizza from Domino's through zomatto approximately 10:35 pm on 11th of August 2022. My delivery was scheduled at 11:17 pm but i did not received my order till 11:30 pm. Therefore I called customer care but I was told that my order was being shifted to Lakhe Nage from Sunder Nagar and delivery was done in another 25 minutes. But even waiting till 11:55 pm I did not received my order. I again called customer care and I was told by the representative other side " you tell me what I do, the delivery boy is not picking my phone up." Therefore there is compulsion to me for cancelling the order. I haven't get my refund yet. Please expedite my refund.
