I'm utterly furious with Domino's, and I don't mince words when I say this: your service has been a complete disaster. I placed an advance order worth ₹451, and guess what? It never arrived, and the store couldn't be bothered to answer my calls or offer any explanation because the phone gets never connected. At 1 am in the night, it shows me out for delivery and then delivered. The customer support makes it more irritating because no one is there is contact, only same chats with the so called virtual assistant. There is no address of the restaurant and i cant file a feedback because of that.
I need my refund asap.
