Domino's Pizza — No Money refund

I ordered one pizza on saturday 22nd Nov 2014. When i ordered, due to some network issues my first order got cancelled and hence I ordered again.. but amount was debited to my account twice.. I was told that I'll get amount back in seven days.. But it is not yet credited to my account..
