Domino's Pizza — No refund for order as per company policy | |||
There was an online order placed on 26th June 2021 8:25 pm at Dominos Saket Nagar Kanpur for Rs 868/- This was a prepaid order and a guaranteed delivery of 30 mins was clearly mentioned. However after 30 mins I get an SMS update saying it is delayed and still being cooked up. It was delivered around 50 mins late. As per the company policy and promise when I asked for refund (as it was prepaid), I was denied for the refund and that too in a rude way. Since I had guests that time, I did not argue much. After that I have made multiple attempts to talk to Dominos Pizza over phone, emails etc. but they have no intentions of keeping their promise and giving refund. Even my number has been put on auto voice response which initially used to be picked up by customer care representatives. It is a financial and mental harassment by the company. Attaching images of order and sms by dominos for reference, specially to keep track of time and delays. Was this information helpful? | |||
