[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — no refunds received | |||
The payment was debited to my card on 28 april 2019, and due to some issues in their site, order did not complete, irrespective of lot of followups, the customer care is not interested in resolving, they talk policies of 7-10 business days. it is almost a month still they send sorry messages but not refund the money. there is no responsible department or person whom we can talk to, Innumerable mails sent but just they send sorry message and they dont mean it.. May 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved thank you consumer complaints team i received the refund.
However there was no call or mail from them. but they made the refund after nearly a month. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
