I have been orderring Pizzas from Dominos for a long time and have always received excellent services.
But today I was absolutely disgusted with the service and the way the delivery boy behaved.

The order arrived almost 1hr late and I am aware of the 30min delivery guarantee. The company is liable (legally) for a compensation of Rs300 max. The rest the customer has to pay - Simple.
The delivery boy (Diwakar) refused to abide my the rules and service standards of Dominos and simply said NO - I Cannot Give you the Order.
He even had the Audacity to say "No" for everything - abide by the rules, Call Manager, Call Supervisor, Call Store - No for everything.
He simply asked to pay in full or he is taking the order back. He did mentioned that the offer is not valid today since they are running 1+1 offer. I didnt have any intimation for this beforehand. It is was not mentioned anywhere on the website, while ordering or even after the order was taken. Not even in the T&C on the website. If this is the case, no one bothered to inform the customer and poor customer has to wait 1hr for the delivery.
**** IS THIS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THE DOMINOS HAS GONE DOWN TO ?? ****
I want someone to look into this URGENTLY and revert as quickly as possible.
