Domino's Pizza — Non compliance to promised services and rude behaviour of staff | |||||
Date: 12 April, 2017 Order No: 83 Extremely disappointed with the decline in service levels of Domino's pizza! Domino's openly advertises itself as a service provider that delivers pizzas within 30 minutes, else it's free of cost. In my case, after the order being delayed by 20 minutes, not only did the local store and the delivery boy refused to offer a discount, the harsh and rude behaviour of the delivery boy was extremely saddening. If this is how Domino's decides to treat its loyal customer base, god save them in times of heavy competition in the food delivery and service industry.
