Domino's Pizza — Non payment of Rs.655/- against failed order

I have made a payment of Rs.655/- on 15th Feb. 2015 through credit twice since the first order placement was not executed due to your system failure. I am told that the amount of Rs.655/- will be credited back to my credit back within 7 days. But it is 10 days that I have not received the excess amount paid by me.
