Domino's Pizza — not deliver the order after confirmation

This is to inform you that i have order the dominos pizza on 16 th july at 9 pm from singapore mall lucknow. The pizza was not deliver till 1 hour. When i contacted them nobody was hanging up my phone. After that i call another dominos store amd tell them to please give me some other number of singapore mall. Another half nd hour they contacted me and found that my
Order was not placed. The store manager there was mr anurag. Worst experience of dominos. After telling the details and amount confirmation of my order they told me that my order was not placed.
