Domino's Pizza — Not delivering Pizza in your allocated area

I ordered pizza from the outlet in MSX Mall, Greater noida. Pizza had to be delivered in sector MU which comes in the particular outlet's area. The boys simply denied to deliver the pizza where as in the same mall, Pizza Hut was ready to deliver in sector MU. Can you tell me why your guys behaved rudely and just denied to deliver the pizza in sector MU. ???
