Domino's Pizza — Not getting the order i placed

Ordered through domino's mobile app..
I placed the order from rohini, new delhi and it got placed in Chennai and the order automatically got cancelled without notifying me...it's sheer lack of common sense...on top of that none of them were listening to my concern...everytime I call them and tell them the problem they put my call on hold and then they never pick.
