Domino's Pizza — Not given Spice

i ordered a pizza, i got the same on time but when i asked for spice and napkins the delivery said they dont provide spice(chilli and something). So my question for you guys, do you guys want me to have a pizza without a spice? And when I call the outlet the person picked a phone he was not responding properle. Service point of view i will give negative mark
