Before getting the delivery, I had been informed that out of 2 items, 1 is not available & if its fine to get the only 1 item delivered & the refund for the same will be done in 24 hours.
Order was placed on 29th Aug2022 order no- [protected] prepaid- BTM 1st stage, BLR
Its 17th sep 2022 today & after multiple calls also no updates from the customer care.
Whenever I call, the lady asks me the issue to reiterate & ask me if she can send that 1 missed item right away ...whether it is day or night. & closing the call everytime saying your issue is forwarded to the higher level.
I have mentioned clearly that it was for a guest & sending the item now wont be of any use...still same question is asked 100 times...
They dont have the efficient team who can handle & update the status to the customer properly.
I just want the refund of my amount to the original payment account ASAP.
I never expected this kind of behaviour from such a big name, really shame that customer has to follow up to get their money back & they are just keeping quiet. Was this information helpful? |
