On 26th of august, i made an order with domino's using zomato app at around 20:00 zomato confirmed the order and food was supposed to delivered to me at 20:20. Even after the stipulated time, i didn't receive the order. I tried calling the number provided for the outlet and no one answered. After which i contacted zomato, even their customer care executives calls left answered. Later when i tried they answered and said no order was recieved neither from zomato's sude nor under my name. When i informed zomato they were left with no option but to cancel my order. Later i made an order for the same pizza using domino's website. They confirmed the order and i received a message with order number 188. Later i downloaded the app for the ease of tracking the order. When i tried to track the order after sometime it was not available. I tried contacting the customer care provided in the app. They said it is showing no order received while i confirmed with the order number he said nothing can't be done. To the shock and surprise he hung up abruptly.
Domino's is one of my all time favourites and i'm shocked from such an attitude from your side. Was this information helpful? |
