I placed an order for 1 Medium Tangy Pizza, 1 Garlic Breadstick, 1 cheesy dip & 1 Pasta through Dominos site.
I paid the amount through Netbanking, transaction number nb[protected] dated[protected] amounted 645. Transaction was successful and amount got deducted from my account, but order was not placed. As per Dominos Pizza there was some technical error.
Site flashed a message saying the amount will be refunded in one week.

I think there is some problem with their online ordering & to add to the problem there is no return call just mail stating that your order failed.

Request refund at the earliest.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Nee Arora This is highly unprofessional on the Domino's part that the refund has not been received & there is no followup, call back from the company This shows the seriousness with which the customers are treated. Still awaiting refund of my payment made on 7th February 2017.
