Domino's Pizza — Online Order - Rejected due to not delivered because its far away

Dear Sir,
My self Vikas Gupta. I ordered online Pizza today (07-Aug-15 time : 12:58 ) Order No. 41. They placed ordered and confirm from us via telephonic (Tele. no. is [protected]) .
After 1 hour (07-Aug-15 Time : 02:10 PM) they call back again and said that they are unable to delivered to my area while i saw that they delivered Pizza in same area which located about 500 METER only.
When i explained them they says that "Sorry, sir we are unable to delivered to that particular area however its not too far away to that area on which they already delivered.
Its give a wrong expression about company. If not able to delivered WHY they confirmed the order.
Same situation also occurred in PAST and they refused for delivery.
Please clarify or update your online system to reject at the time of booking.
Please take necessary action.
