Domino's Pizza — order cancellation option not available

Hi,

As we have ordered pizza at domino's online. But now we need to change some order in same domino's but there is no cancellation / change of order option available. Ever we have called local area domino's & checked that they received order & we requested them to cancel but they also refuse to cancel the order.

Kindly make option for cancellation & order.

I bought pizza and ask for carry bag. Then she told you have to pay ₹12 for carry bag.

Complaint : Dominos of JP nagar 7th phase Bangalore.

They have charged 14 rupees for a carry bad medium one. After stepping out of the store, the bag was torn completely. It's of low quality.

Along with GST, Domino's charges are high just for a carry bag which is of low quality.

Kindly look into this and revert. I need the refund.
