Domino's Pizza — order cancelled by dominos without any notification and no solution provided | |||
Placed order on dominos, got a confirmatory sms and invoice. Waited for 50 min for the order, although there is 30 min delivery guarantee, then without any call from anyone my order was cancelled. Tried calling restaurant 10-12 times all the time call went unanswered. Then directly called dominos helpline. After being on call there for 10 min solution was given that i’ll be getting a call back from restaurant in 10 min, i waited for 20 min then called again. Second time i was told directly dominos executive will call me in 5 min, again waited 15 min. Again third time dialled back and, the representative has only been saying one thing to me again and again ” sorry for the inconvenience” without any solution. I’m asked to wait 24 hours for a call back and 7-10 days for my money without any mistake or even action from my end. Every thing that is happening is not only just highly unprofessional but also inhumane. Order was placed for my dinner and still after wasting 2 hours and my money i’m asked to wait 24 hours for a call back. This kind of behaviour is highly inhumane, the staff didn’t even showed a hint of professionalism. I hope some action will be taken from the concerned department. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not giving answer to customers and ignoring them, they talk to the customers very badly, while taking the order they just shoot to the customers
